Protocols

Our number one adversary is the system! Or is it ourselves??? Either way, we should be selective about what we share with certain people. While we will be brief in our presentations of the protocols, there will be enough information to incite a healthy discussion what is necessary and what is not.

More protocols will be added over time because we believe that the solutions are just as plentiful as the issues that plague the black communities. We will be looking for counties/towns to purchase. We will be looking to bare the cost of helping people start businesses such as selling cars, flipping houses, convenient stores, owning franchises, and other opportunities. We will be looking to fund high end projects, conventions and services that will leave an experience that we can benefit from for at least a year in our communities.

PROTOCOL {EDUCATION} BUILDING OUR OWN SCHOOLS
Five teachers per class room for starters and all subjects taken in the same classroom. Military style marching to other areas of the school such as the library, gym or cafeteria; for the purpose of distracting the students long enough to behave themselves or to keep them from introducing to others the ignorance that they may have observed from watching television. Mix martial arts will be taught to promote confidence as well as the growth and development that can be gained through physical contact. By making an effort to occupy the minds of our children long enough, we will be able to contribute to the setting of an entirely new attitude and behavior in our community to the point where criminal activity is rare.

PROTOCOL {COMMUNITY ECONOMICS} CONTROLLING THE ECONOMY IN OUR COMMUNITIES
Other things that will help contribute to making criminal elements rare is by placing products and services in our communities that will not cost people anything. We will hire people and pay them to repair automobiles or see to home needed repairs for free. We will hire people to operate delis and community cafeterias that will be free to members of the community. Our children will grow up to be young adults and we will need them to be familiar with values relating to this kind of community so that there will be no guessing games when it comes to knowing how to give back to the community. Our community needs to be able to have a degree of autonomy and a sense of home that will protect its members from the deprivation of basic needs, entertainment, arts, training and a variety of studies.

Our goal is to create a community that everyone can be so proud to be a part of that it would not matter to many if they had no money in a bank account. Whatever you need, the community can get for you. We need to enter an era where we simply stop ending up in the penal system and to do that we want to make sure that our children have no reason to sell or use drugs, steal, fight or runaway.

PROTOCOL {AUTONOMOUS ROUTINE} PREPARING TO DEPEND ON NO ONE BUT OURSELVES
For many people the monetary system has killed the sense of community value. Take time to recall many of the services, entertainment, designs and your experience with the people of your town; there is literally thousands upon thousands of things that contribute to the value of the community.  Keep this in mind and imagine what would happen if money was no longer being printed and bartering became a practice among the wealthy elite only. Would people get up and still go to work? Would businessmen and landlords run the world and tell people that if they wanted water, shelter, utilities or energy, gas and groceries that come from farm owners, that they have to work to get those things???? Digital so called currency more readily secures record of transactions while cash does not. So this civilization is not in a hurry to turn into a cashless society.

How do you prepare to live a life of autonomy, without barter or a monetary system? How do you prepare to live a life where you will not have to experience deprivations of sorts simply because you do not have a job or money? How do you prepare to live the Utopia and paradise that most people say we will not be able to experience any time soon? The answer to these questions is that you hire people to perform the tasks that would sustain an autonomous life style. You would make sure that these people are familiar with the ultimate purpose of the job. Becoming familiar with these routines would cause them to become more and more ready to live a life without the use of money, dictatorship, and manipulative control. When the stock market crashes like it did in 1929 (Black Tuesday), what will be different among societies that practice autonomous routines? For one, you will know longer need money, because you would realize that quality and sustenance of a community came from your routine – not money. Back then instead of Walmart, there were Piggly Wiggly all over the world; so how does production go lower than what it was as if the public could not figure out that resource distribution need to continue? Did people simply stop going to work? Or did a lot of people get laid of because there was no money to pay employees? Ten years of economic depression simply because people PREFERRED to use money. Cotton production came to a halt because the government was paying for cotton and couldn’t any more after the stock market crash. How silly is that? Franklin D Rooservelt came up with the NEW DEAL full of program that all benefited from one event – the additional printing or allocation of credit or money. More money was made available so that people could be employed and so that the banks could be trusted. In short he sent out a plea to business professionals to lift their attitudes and do better by not foreclosing on people’s homes.

The concept of Autonomous Routine helps us realize that what happened in 1929 was not solely the fault of producers, employers or the government, but also those who did not make it clear that they would work for free. No one knew better and this is a result of being conditioned to depend on the use of money. Perhaps if the working people could conceive of a value within the community that would produce the kind of quality (for life in all communities) necessary to prevent a ten year depression by simply volunteering in order to continue the work that their occupations called upon them to do. The community could have simply organized to look after everyone in the community since everyone continued to work and keep the town RICH and ABUNDANT in value. Simply refrain from charging community members anything. Instead times got hard. BlackTax solution for this is Autonomous Routine. click to read more
