BUILDING THE BRIDGE

A clear effort must be made by an individual to serve as liaison to our growth as a collective. We then must demonstrate good stewardship over our email list by presenting agencies or organizations that will need a funding force to help them manage services and material assets that we all can access when we are in need, even when we have no money.

1. To create a DRAFT, go to your email account and select “COMPOSE.” Do Not List any recipients. You don’t want to make a mistake and email this list to anyone. In the “SUBJECT” panel, you may title your email list there. Once your email list is created, you can copy the email addresses and paste them into the recipient panel as Bcc (blind copy) to email them updates simultaneously. Make sure you email yourself directly, but add everyone else to the Bcc.

2. To create a template via Gmail, click on the gear icon, go to “settings” and then click on “advanced.” Scroll down to “Templates” and click on “enable.” Make sure you SAVE CHANGES. Next, click on “compose” and prepare your draft. When you’re finished, click on the three dots next to the trash icon, then click on “templates” then click on “save draft as template” and select “save as a new template.” Give the template a name and press save.

Now when you’re composing an email to send to someone new who is interested in unity; place their email address in the recipient panel, go to the three dots by the trash icon, select templates and select the template you just made.

AGENCIES OR ORGANIZATIONS
That You Should Let Your List Know About

1. COMPANIES OR PEOPLE that want to use our money to hire black people to do things that will bring quality to the lives of those in the black community even if they can not pay for it.
2. AGENCIES OR ORGANIZATIONS that will manage finding and keeping up with VENDORS (black men & women) who can teach skill trades to our children.
3. FACILITATORS who want to establish vendors for living in communities that cater to our farmland, mining properties, manufactories, refineries and distribution networks.
4. PROTECTION AGENCIES that want to find, communicate and manage records with vendors who are interested in being investigators, providing security for properties and events connecting to our services, education and assets.

If a person steps up to say, “I am a professional painter and I would like to offer my services to the black community,”  we as a collective are willing to cover the cost to do both; (A) acquire an administrator to use a platform of accountability and (B) cover the cost of the painter to provide his/her services. The administrator is the agency or organization. When we email our associates with this in mind, we give ourselves an opportunity to learn about companies similar to The BlackTax Agency.
